1. Acceptance of Terms
Connect with Fast and Reliable Service Providers through Completeatask.co.uk (“the Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.
2. User Registration
2.1 To connect with fast and reliable service providers on our Website, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 For verification purposes, Complete a Task may request additional information to confirm your identity or business before allowing you to connect with fast and reliable service providers.
2.4 Registration information should be updated promptly to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times.
2.5 Your account is non-transferable to any third party and remains your sole responsibility. If a third party manages your account, it is at your own risk.
2.6 You may cancel or request reactivation of your account at any time by contacting us via email or the Contact Us page.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
3.1 Complete a Task is neither a sales contract party nor directly responsible for any services offered on the platform.
3.2 Complete a Task is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any services advertised on our platform.
3.3 Services provided through our platform must meet quality and industry standards.
3.4 Connect with Fast and Reliable Service Providers with the understanding that we handle funds according to your payment instructions without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement.
3.5 Payment is complete when the task originator pays Complete a Task for services rendered on the platform.
3.6 Complete a Task is not a trustee of either party involved in services offered via our Website.
3.7 Complete a Task may outsource services to third parties with your consent.
3.8 You are not permitted to act as an intermediary, payment service provider, or resell services for third parties. Complete a Task reserves the right to investigate any account for violation of these Terms.
3.9 You are responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes for services provided on the platform in accordance with your local tax authority.
4. Payment Settlement
4.1 Complete a task will use the bank account you supplied at registration to transfer funds to you after every task is completed.
The funds that will be made available and transfer to your account will be the exact gross amount for the services you provided, less all Complete a task commission fees under these terms and conditions.
Cards duly authorised by the appropriate issuer will only be processed and does not guarantee that payment for the transaction will be collected, or the transaction might be subject to a chargeback, or card owner is not permitted to use the card.
Funds held in your account will not receive any interest or other earnings and do not qualify for a deposit guarantee scheme. We may add / remove any payment methods or cards accepted by us without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Processing: Complete a task will determine the timeframe payments and refunds for your transaction(s) will be processed, all transactions will be processed when submitted via our service, except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
We may decline to process some of or any of your transactions when suspected or discovered to be fraudulent, illegal or otherwise contrary to the terms of this agreement.
Transactions fully authorise and initiated by you will be processed within a business working day.
You will be sent a notification within a legal timeframe if for any reason we decline to process any transaction and state the reasons in clear terms and the procedure for correction of any error that led to the refusal
If for any reason we decline or make a mistake in processing a transaction, Complete a task will upon request investigate further and will forward the result to you without a charge.
4.3 Refunds: You agree to accept and process refunds and any adjustments including taxes for your services in line with any applicable laws and your policies during the time of a related contract.
All refund payments will be processed through our site using your account and we shall credit the designated account and you will reimburse the amount refunded back to us accordingly.
4.4 Dealing with card refunds:
Clients to be enlighten of your refund policies at the point of every agreement.
Do not accept cash as a means of refund for a transaction made with card payment for your services
In any case, when a refund is initiated, the client will be reimbursed the exact amount paid for the services, except if there is any arrangement on the payment
If your refund policy is not satisfactory to the client, you may receive a chargeback related to these sales.
4.5 Disbursement: We shall disburse your funds automatically through electronic transfer into your account within 3 working days upon receiving confirmation from the client that the job has been completed to the required specification (mark job as complete).
In some circumstances payment may take longer when there is a dispute and complain about a service.
Complete a task may restrict access, balance availability and transactions to or from your account pending a complete investigation and resolution; if any part of our terms and condition are breached, if we cannot verify your identity, if your bank account falls short of acceptance or comply with our policy, if any dispute exists in your account or transactions, if we deem it fit to protect the security of our systems, If required by law, court of competent jurisdiction, or any constitutional authority, in order to protect our establishment and other users.
If you are in doubt or believe any transactional error have been spotted on your account, you must notify us immediately, so that we can conduct our investigation to put your account back to the required state. You also authorise us to initiate a credit or debit back into your account or bank account of any correction as applicable by law. If on the contrary, we are unable to debit your account, you give authorisation to resubmit the debit (or in case of our or affiliate fees for the service provided) to any other account you have on file with us. Refunds can only be made available if and only if the transaction is reported within 12 months after the contract of sale date.
5.0 Chargeback
5.1 Chargeback: A Chargeback can occur when a transaction amount is reversed to your account due to the following factors; dispute, unauthorised transaction, suspicious or unlawful or in violation of our terms and by any other reason. Complete a task will only bear the risk of card fraud that occurs from payment transactions made to you by task originator on our platform while you bear any other risk or loss in connection with your services on or via the platform.
5.2 Chargeback Collection: When a transaction results in chargeback, we will retain the chargeback amount in the reserve and subtract the amount of the chargeback and any relevant fees associated with the process from your bank account or other payment methods you registered with us. In a case where we are unable to collect funds due to a chargeback for which you are accountable under this term and agreement, full payment of the chargeback will be paid by you when demanded. All expenses, including, without limitation, legal fees incurred during the cause of collecting the entire account shortfall unpaid by you or your business. If for any reason a payment could not be collected, you will completely assign Complete a task all rights, title and interest you have in and related with the debt, by agreeing to provide information and documentation we may require in order to determine and assign such right, title or interest.
5.3 Chargeback in Excess on Accounts: When we established you have incurred multiple chargebacks on your account, we may put in place measures to control your account by:
Suspending or terminating of our service to you.
Initiate a processing fee.
Set up a reserve in an account to cover all fees including chargeback.
6. Advertisements
6.1 Complete a task allows users to post jobs and service providers to list their ads for services. Users are solely responsible for the content of their ads.
6.2 Complete a task reserves the right to remove any ad that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Prohibited Content
You agree not to post or promote any illegal, defamatory, or misleading content or material that infringes upon others’ rights.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible here.
9. Limitation of Liability
Complete a task is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of services or products advertised on the Website. Users engage with services at their own risk.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms

12 Complaint Process
Complete a Task is committed to high service quality. To make a complaint, contact our customer service team. If unresolved, the resolution team will address your complaint within 48 hours, with final resolution expected within three days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
